Refunds

A customer is eligible for a cash refund or credit if:

The item you bought has a fault that could not be detected at the time of the purchase

 

The item is not suitable for the purpose for which it was intended, eg a bucket that leaks

 

The item does not match a sample you were shown or a description in a mail-order advertisement or on a package

 

Traders DO NOT have to refund/credit if you change your mind about a purchase, but most will to keep their customers’ goodwill.
